We redesigned the online identity for the Greene Hill School, a Brooklyn progressive elementary school, from the ground up with a revamped look and a content management system as its backbone. A key component to this highly customized WordPress theme is the events management system, which gives the administrators an easy to use platform to promote and highlight upcoming fund raising events.

we are pixel8 designed and developed a feature rich WordPress theme for The Flavor of Change, a Bay Area start up company, that is both a content management system and e-commerce solution rolled into one website.

The Flavor of Change, a Bay Area start up company, needed an online solution to both tell the story of this unique berry from West Africa as well as sell their variations of the product. We designed and developed a feature rich, custom CMS website that gives the client the ability to update their content, write dynamic post entries and sell their products all through the WordPress dashboard.

David and Erik have been an absolute pleasure to work with! Their understanding and genuine care for us as their client insured that our company’s vision was accurately manifested and expressed in our online presence! Check out our site if you don’t believe us, and get them on contract before others beat you to it!

We had the pleasure of designing and developing a micro web site for Dallas J. Logan, a Brooklyn based photographer who is launching a series of photography lighting workshops. This elegant, single page design includes sleek jQuery animation as well as a seamless integration with PayPal as a e-commerce solution.

Dallas J. Logan, a Brooklyn based freelance photographer and friend of the studio, contracted us to design and develop a micro site for his photography lighting workshops. We created a custom single page website leveraging the robust, yet cross browser compatible power of the jQuery javascript library. We also seamlessly integrated the PayPal payment gateway solution for the e-commerce component of the site.

When I needed a website to launch my new lighting workshop, I looked no further than the talents of Erik Ford and the team of pixel8. With their attention to detail, they were able to direct me in the right path to a website that was easy to navigate, easy to read and understand and was built in a timely manner. They are one of the keys to my success. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

We were excited to partner with Jenawa, a custom jewelry designer for New York City, to design and develop her portfolio style website using WordPress as the CMS.

This New York City custom jewelry designer needed a portfolio style website to display her work. She also required a Content Management System (CMS) to be able to freely add and delete content as she saw fit. We designed her site to be minimal, sleek and modern and developed it on top of WordPress as the CMS solution.

I was thrilled with the outcome of my website design with Erik Ford. He possesses not only a dynamic understanding of his field but the patience to effectively communicate with and understand his clients, resulting in a very satisfying expression of his client’s vision.
